We were recommended to the client by a local estate agents who wanted us to help the client maximise the property's potential prior to marketing the property. We decided to convert the existing ground floor storage area and garage into a granny annexe and added a first floor side extension to create a master bedroom.

This involved double storey side and rear extension to create more bedrooms at first floor level and provide spacious open plan kitchen dining on ground floor. The entrance was relocated from the side to the the front to enhance the front facade and to make the space internally flow better. The front Garden was landscaped to to provide parking with new steps leading to the main entrance.
